What a party!!!
On July 14, 2007, Clay's Cafe' celebrated 75 years of Ice Cream Tradition. We had a grand party, perfect weather and wonderful people to share the day with. The crowds were entertained by Terry the Trixter, Don Basham, Cowboy Bob and Jo Jo, The Hiltner Brothers, The Nathan Hilter Band, Nathan Hilther, and The Paul Clark Band.
Everyone enjoyed visiting with neighbors and friends from all around. Alumni dippers reminisced about their dipping days and relived those memories behind the counter.
Great food was shared and games were played.
Dan Dodd from the State Legislature honored Clay's Cafe and Hebron Mayor, Cliff Mason proclaimed July 14th Clay's Cafe Day in Hebron.
Stories of old were told as we celebrated the Tradition of Ice Cream in Hebron.
